Refund Policy

This policy explains how Biz Boxes handles refunds.

It endeavors to display this policy on Biz Boxes's website. Furthermore, Biz Boxes makes every effort to give preferential attention to your refund requests, but reserves the right to withhold refund as a matter of company policy.

Since Biz Boxes is offering intangible irrevocable services, it does not generally issue refunds once the service has begun and payment has been settled. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon availing any of Biz Boxes's services.

Limited Liability

Please note that Biz Boxes does not bear any responsibility in the event it does not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of services with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible. Biz Boxes does not guarantee that its services are fully compatible with any third-party programs nor does Biz Boxes provide support for third-party applications.

Unsettled Disputes

Should you believe that you are entitled to refund, but Biz Boxes's management stand prevent you from doing so, you may submit the dispute to arbitration. The arbitration procedure shall be in accordance with International Arbitration Rules and Regulations.

The arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive forum for the resolution of such dispute, controversy or claim, and the award rendered shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

You hereby affirm that you understand, and subsequently fully agree to, the terms of this Refund Policy. You confirm that, by puchasing services from Biz Boxes, you are giving up considerable future legal rights.

Furthermore, you assert that the act of purchasing Biz Boxes's services was done freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee. Your purchase is proof of your intention to waive the convenience of the courts in the resolution of conflicts to the full extent of the law.
